The Narc class is taught via power point but also with numerous videos from undercover investigations that range from low level narcotics to international drug trafficking and other criminal investigations. Rios utilizes undercover videos to provide Law Enforcement a different vantage point and so officers can see how the criminal mind works when criminals believe they are amongst one of their own. The Narc class videos breakdown hand to hand transactions, how to climb the ladder in narcotic investigations, and lastly drug identification and product knowledge.
