We originally had scheduled “Geofence Warrants” during this time slot. However, due to changes in Googles policies regarding Geofence Warrants this class is no longer relevant and has been canceled. We are replacing this training with a new class – Traffic Stops & K9’s – Part 2
This course explores the proper techniques for conducting vehicle scans with Active Sergeant and K9 Handler Brett Schultz. Sgt. Brett Schultz is now the lead trainer and Sergeant of the K9 Unit for the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office. His unit currently has five teams: 2 patrol/narcotic, 2 patrol/explosive and one bloodhound. He also is a co-founder for Hundar K9, which is a science-based education/training company that teaches and certifies K9 teams through ASCTI.
