There's an Air Tag on a bag. Can you use it to prove the suspect owns it?
An officer asked: Many people put Air Tags on valuable items like backpacks. Would the presence of an Air Tag on an item be enough to establish constructive possession — and would officers need a warrant to access the suspect's phone to confirm it?
