• Ensure training is relevant and relatable to real-world scenarios
• Create and maintain a positive learning environment
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Law enforcement experience
• Strong instructional design and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for teaching and making a difference in the law enforcement community
