The California Gang Investigators Association was founded in 1977 to foster better relationships and networking among the various investigative units working street gangs in Los Angeles County and throughout the state of California.  Over the years the Association has grown to include members across the nation and in France, Australia, and Canada.  Membership is limited to all law enforcement officers including corrections, prosecutors, parole, and probation.

The association’s goals are to promote cooperative, professional relationships throughout the state, to evaluate the standards of police institutions and the profession, to offer quality training and continuing education for administrators, and to provide opportunities for police executives to exchange information and experiences.

Imagine an Interdiction Training Conference where the nation’s top networking and training programs come together. This is what’s happening in Anaheim, California from August 18 – 23, 2024.

The National Interdiction Conference is coordinated and energized by the Desert Snow Training Program and the National Criminal Enforcement Association [NCEA].

This conference event could not happen without the direct support of numerous state and federal programs which include the Drug Interdiction Assistance Program [DIAP], El Paso Intelligence Center [EPIC], Domestic Highway Enforcement [DHE] Program, Homeland Security Investigation’s [HSI] National Bulk Cash Smuggling Center, and many others.

Thanks to the efforts of these many different organizations, this training and networking conference is the largest of its kind. We hope to see you there!

The Nevada Advisory Council for Prosecuting Attorneys is pleased to host the 2024 Prosecutors’ Conference, scheduled for September 25-27, 2024, at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Annual Conference and Exposition is the largest and most impactful law enforcement event of the year – more than 16,000 public safety professionals come to learn new techniques, advance their knowledge and careers, and equip their department for ongoing success.

The three tenets of the conference are training, networking, and exhibit hall education. IACP 2024 will span four days of education and networking. The exposition hall will be open Sunday – Tuesday of the conference to meet with more than 600 vendors showcasing products and services to assist the law enforcement profession.

The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement will be holding their annual conference at the McAllen Convention Center October 28th – 30th, 2024.
