I want to applaud you on this incredible course. I have taken this course now three times, and each time, I learn something new. I had to laugh on a few of the cases you shared. The observations/indicators you have had on your cases are identical to ones I have experienced myself. Some I handled poorly due to inexperience, but I got better and smarter with time. However, I could see a drastic difference in my abilities after taking this course. It just goes to prove your point—behavior is the same in Texas as it is in Ohio. This course just reinforces what I have learned with my own experiences. I’ve been able to capitalize on critical items you teach while I was a Field Training Officer to pass down to our officers. Utilizing skills you teach in this course has given me better skills as an officer, and has given me the confidence to be a better leader for our agency. I have had numerous notable cases utilizing the techniques you teach! Please keep up the good work. Your enthusiasm and knowledge in this topic is by far the best in the nation. I’ve never been so engaged in an online training in my life! I have also showed this training to officers I supervise and they could not believe the content. It’s funny how many of them immediately tethered their portable radios to their body armor after watching this. They’re also picking up on certain indicators to look for during patrol and field interviews. This content is making an impact and you deserve to know it!
