Outstanding Training for New Officers – A Must-Have Course! Anthony Bandiero’s Basic Search & Seizure for Police Academies is hands down the best foundational course I’ve come across for law enforcement professionals. As someone who has seen many training programs, this course stands out for its clarity, practical application, and engaging delivery. Bandiero’s teaching style makes complex legal principles easy to understand, even for recruits with no prior experience. He takes the guesswork out of topics like probable cause, reasonable suspicion, and the dos and don’ts of lawful searches. Good course for squad briefings. These mini courses are nice broken up and you can easily cover one or a few per shift briefing to reinforce the basics. There’s even some surprising things that you may not know.

Some great training at no cost here! The way this material was broken down with the examples that were used for each concept, made it easy to understand. I will be diving into more of what Blue to Gold has to offer. I highly recommend!!

Excellent course

This course breaks down the basic concept of searches and seizures in a very fluid and informative way. Even if you've already graduated an academy I recommend taking this course as a refresher.

This course would be great for an FTO training a new officer to help them understand of the 4th Amendment and exceptions to the 4th Amendment.

This course was very informational and easy to follow. Some subject topics are refreshers but I still learned more information to tie everything together.

A good review for experienced officers also.

Learned a little and relearned a lot. Course is more than just basic and goes into some less discussed areas of search and seizure.
