Constructive Possession The class had good information in explaining the difference between Constructive Possession & Actual Possession. And he gave good case law to refer to.
The amount of “ums” and “uhs” are distracting. More case studies would be better.

I've been in law enforcement for 9 years now, spending the last few as an investigator. What these Blue to Gold courses are teaching me is that LEOs should be getting far more training on the law and how it can work in their favor. It's taken me this long to learn how to properly apply Miranda yet ensure that application does not destroy my investigation. Same goes for search and seizure. LEOs should be just as up to speed on case law as our DAs. This was a great course!

This course really enlightened me and I learned a lot of small tidbits that will help me out on the streets.
