Live Online Training Event

After taking the CSSI course, I probably won't take another class in the live online format like this again. The combination of an in-person class and online class made it hard to interact with the instructor effectively. Given the time provided and the vast amount of information, it seemed as if the in-person attendees had the opportunity to explore more ideas than the online folks. I was anticipating the live online to be a Zoom meeting with the instructor only speaking to the students in the Zoom call. As someone that paid for this training out of their own pocket, I was hoping for more interaction and overall better experience. As for the information provided in the course, I was impressed with the knowledge I gained in 16 hours. However, I was let down when I found, according to the syllabus, we missed modules. As someone that has to pay for training out of their own pocket, I prefer to go over on time and learn more. We did not cover Module two sections 2-8, all of module five and seven.

Definitely job related material! The course was very well organized and easy to understand. I would highly recommend to all police officers charged with conducting any sort of investigation.

Before taking this course, I thought I had a good knowledge of case law, but after taking this course, I realized that I fell short. Thank you to Blue to Gold for developing this course. It should be a must for all LEO instructors, and anybody that wants an advance knowledge regarding case law, and how it applies to our career field.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging. The instructor test was not a rubber stamp and was a legitimate evaluation of constitutional rights. I look forward to continuing education with this company.

I know of no other courses that provide such a tangible understanding of the 4th Amendment and how to understand it's implication to our job field.

This has been the best search and seizure course I have ever attended! The instructor took the time to research out state specific issues and came prepared to present an outstanding class!

Legal material was provided in an engaging way. Theoretical scenarios were addressed enabling officers to develop knowledge immediately applicable to the street.

I believe every officer in the US should take this course. Officers need to know this stuff so we can stop bad case law from being made.

The exam was a lot more tricky than, I anticipated. Some of the questions, my notes conflicted with what the test answers were. At the end of the day, I passed and now a certified search and seizure instructor.

Overall great course. Very well presented and engaging course. The information was put in easy to understand terms and allowed for good discussion. Have recommended this course and all others taught by Blue to Gold to others.

Test was good and made you think with the wording of the questions. I like the scenarios questions.

As with most courses the instructor makes or breaks the training and Anthony is a great instructor and I have really enjoyed all of his classes.

This course and exam ensure you know the material and are prepared to instruct others on search and seizure. Top shelf training!

This is a review of the entire week not just the CSSI portion. Anthony engaged the class throughout the week even though it was virtual. Shared a lot of information and had case law to support it not just an interpretation. Gave tons of resources to utilize after the class.

An in-depth dive into all aspects of Fourth Amendment. The Instructor is brilliant in his craft and energizes the students, making for a very interactive class.

Anthony did a great job of explaining everything to help me feel more confident if my search and seizure abilities. He provided all the resources I need to become a resident expert at my department and has great insight.

This course though it had a lot of material, it was all presented in a thorough but easy to understand method and was enjoyable for the whole week. I look forward to taking more courses. Best legal course I have been to. Not only do I feel better about my job but this training has definitely given me the tools to help guide LEOs in the complex world of search and seizure.

The test is comprehensive and, unlike a majority of LE training course exams, challenging in regards to the application of the materials covered through the per-requisites and the instructor course.

The absolute best search and seizure training. 24 hours of advanced training, case reviews and table-top scenarios followed by 16 hours of instructor development, complicated case breakdowns and the best part, Anthony teaches you how to read and breakdown cases. I used to look at cases and go cross-eyed. Now I can pick out the constitutional issues, break them down and write an intelligent case summary. The exam is no joke, detailed asking the real questions about the most important cases and scenarios where you determine the constitutional issues. This is well put together and thorough. I would compare the level of detail in this course to a DRE program, it is that complete. I will continue to return to Anthony and the Blue to Gold Team for all my Search and Seizure training.

Scenario questions are legit.

Outstanding class and you will definitely leave this class knowing more. This class will make you a better officer. If you have the chance to take this class (even on your own dime), do not hesitate to take this class.

Awesome class and instruction with real world appliability

Great Course for instructors

This was one of the best series of courses I have taken in my 13 year career. I cannot emphasize enough how great Anne was as an instructor. We kept her late through lunch, at the end of the day, asking her so many questions. We sometimes asked her the same question multiple times and it never bothered her, she was so willing to share. This will likely become the basis of our departments search and seizure training moving forward.

This class is the most informative class I have ever taken. The instructors really know their stuff and know how to teach it the way you will remember. I wish I would have taken this class 10 years ago when I first got into law Enforcement. I look forward to paying it forward to my fellow officers.

Excellent course!

The class was awesome. It was obvious to me as I was taking the test how much of the information I retained. John did an excellent job presenting the material. I have already spoke with Erahan about bring John back April 2024 for a week to present the report writing class. I also really liked the format of the class as well as the testing procedure. Great Job!

This class was a changeling but excellent class.

I enjoyed the course and both instructors for each of the four classes required to obtain this certification. This is the best training on search and seizure on the market. Thank you Anthony, John and our agency for all you do for law enforcement!

The best, in-depth, Search and Seizure courses I've been able to attend over the years. I would encourage any law enforcement officer to attend, it's well worth your time.

Amazing class! A must for all LEO's. There is no substitution. Blue to Gold is the best.

This class gave me a clear picture of how to understand, research, and teach case law! Additionally, the instructor cleared up some issues for me!

The prerequisites, Advanced Search and Seizure, Advanced Traffic Stops and Advanced Criminal Investigation are the training all Law Enforcement should have to answer the "why" in much of what we do. Blue to Gold then expands further on this with CSSI. John Wiehn had an unmeasurable ability to make the content entertaining and palatable. I couldn't have imagined a better training for the intended purpose.

This should be the legal standards for law enforcement.
