Great Lesson on SIA. Articulated in a simple straight forward manner.
The course, Search Incident to Arrest was very well organized and presented. All law enforcement officers nationwide should attend this course to better ensure that they know how to search for evidence which will be admissible in court, as well as to how not to violate the constitutional rights of the individuals whom officer encounter in the performance of their duties,
I'm currently on probation and this course helped by giving me more tools to articulate searches in the field. I feel like I will hesitate less on what I can and cannot search next time I get an arrest.
