Class was very well done. Nice to have up to date videos instead of videos from the early 2000’s and 1990’s. Instructor was very well informed and informative.

Firstly I want to thank Blue to Gold and Jessica Walsh for volunteering her time which allowed for this class to be free. This class exceeded my expectations because I gained more knowledge than if I was to just read the BTG books myself . Jessica was personable, funny and I stayed engaged the whole time. I learned more about (4th amend) search and seizure and report writing than I have in previous courses all within a matter of 2 days. I highly recommend these courses!! I feel more confident in my knowledge and ability as a law enforcement officer.

I really enjoyed the report writing and courtroom testimony classes. I felt it was beneficial to take them back to back and I left feeling more confident in my ability to write a quality report and to testify in court. Jessica was a great instructor, her knowledge and experience was evident throughout the class.

The Bulletproof court room testimony class was amazing. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish this class would’ve been in the POST Academy. I feel 100% more prepared for testimony.

Was a very helpful and informative class. Used real world examples and video to explain the dos and dont when testifying. Shows how mistakes when testifying can be detrimental to your case.

This class was awesome. I got a tone of information out of this class. I have a better understanding on how to construct a great report. I recommend you take this class if you’re in law enforcement.

Courtroom testimony: GREAT class with a GREAT instructor. Jessica is highly knowledgeable with a lot of experience on this topic. Not only do I feel more prepared to testify in court but I learned so much from her. I liked the fact that we got to see videos of real cases where officers are testifying and after the videos we got to discuss how well or not so well the officers did. I’m glad Jessica became part of the Blue to Hold team. Thanks Jessica!

I met Jessica during Bullet proof report writing class that was held by HIDTA. Normally, I would not write anything about a teacher. However, Jessica is special. Jessica is a type of person you want on your side, whether just to talk as a friend or ask some serious question about the law. She’s witty, highly intelligent and knows her craft. Bulletproof courtroom testimony is a great class! My whole unit will be taking it. Jessica is a great instructor who’s personality & passion help make the class enjoyable.

I was fortunate to have Jessica assist in instructing the Bulletproof Report Writing class and instruct the Bulletproof Courtroom Testimony class presented by Blue to Gold. As the latter isn’t a class most get outside of the academy, I was grateful for the opportunity to attend. Jessica’s talent in her craft as well as her ability to engage with and captivate her audience was on full display. She was able to place the class inside the courtroom and into the shoes of various officers who were testifying using a combination of videos/scenarios and personal experiences. Her scenario breakdowns and discussions were able to impart a greater understanding of our roles in the courtroom and what to prepare for. If you haven’t been able to, add Jessica and this class to your calendar or you’ll be passing up an amazing opportunity for growth!

WOW! Excellent class from an excellent instructor. Makes me feel wayyyyy better as an officer in general and especially when I take the stand. I appreciate the high level of view of what everyone’s role is in the courtroom and then dialing in the specifics for officers. Excellent addition to the Blue to Gold curriculum!!!!!

Having worked with Jessica Walsh on cases in the past, I knew this class would be well thought out and more importantly, pertinent to what we as officers are in need of. It was well worth the time and will undoubtedly serve me and my cases in the future!
