Firstly I want to thank Blue to Gold and Jessica Walsh for volunteering her time which allowed for this class to be free. This class exceeded my expectations because I gained more knowledge than if I was to just read the BTG books myself . Jessica was personable, funny and I stayed engaged the whole time. I learned more about (4th amend) search and seizure and report writing than I have in previous courses all within a matter of 2 days. I highly recommend these courses!! I feel more confident in my knowledge and ability as a law enforcement officer.

I really enjoyed the report writing and courtroom testimony classes. I felt it was beneficial to take them back to back and I left feeling more confident in my ability to write a quality report and to testify in court. Jessica was a great instructor, her knowledge and experience was evident throughout the class.
The Bulletproof court room testimony class was amazing. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish this class would’ve been in the POST Academy. I feel 100% more prepared for testimony.
Was a very helpful and informative class. Used real world examples and video to explain the dos and dont when testifying. Shows how mistakes when testifying can be detrimental to your case.

Courtroom testimony: GREAT class with a GREAT instructor. Jessica is highly knowledgeable with a lot of experience on this topic. Not only do I feel more prepared to testify in court but I learned so much from her. I liked the fact that we got to see videos of real cases where officers are testifying and after the videos we got to discuss how well or not so well the officers did. I met Jessica during Bullet proof report writing class that was held by HIDTA. Normally, I would not write anything about a teacher. However, Jessica is special. I was fortunate to have Jessica assist in instructing the Bulletproof Report Writing class and instruct the Bulletproof Courtroom Testimony class presented by Blue to Gold. As the latter isn’t a class most get outside of the academy, I was grateful for the opportunity to attend. Jessica’s talent in her craft as well as her ability to engage with and captivate her audience was on full display. She was able to place the class inside the courtroom and into the shoes of various officers who were testifying using a combination of videos/scenarios and personal experiences. Her scenario breakdowns and discussions were able to impart a greater understanding of our roles in the courtroom and what to prepare for. If you haven’t been able to, add Jessica and this class to your calendar or you’ll be passing up an amazing opportunity for growth!
WOW! Excellent class from an excellent instructor. Makes me feel wayyyyy better as an officer in general and especially when I take the stand. I've been in law enforcement for 9 years now, spending the last few as an investigator. What these Blue to Gold courses are teaching me is that LEOs should be getting far more training on the law and how it can work in their favor. It's taken me this long to learn how to properly apply Miranda yet ensure that application does not destroy my investigation. Same goes for search and seizure. LEOs should be just as up to speed on case law as our DAs. This was a great course!

Amazing course. The instructor provides many details over subjects that are routine in everyday law enforcement and should be considered "Basic knowledge." but explains each topic in ways that help officers actually understand the legal reasons why they can/can't do something.
This course really enlightened me and I learned a lot of small tidbits that will help me out on the streets.

As a newer officer, this lesson answered many questions for me. Some of the information given (with case law to support) even corrects what some of my senior officers have told me is illegal (not against policy, but illegal). I would HIGHLY recommend this class to any offclicer - new, through Admin.

This 8-hour class is amazing. It is broken down into different lessons and each lesson was very informative and included case law, video break-downs/discussions and real-life scenarios. This class also has assessments after the lessons to keep the learner engaged in the class. This class is very informative and all encompassing on topics like, single purpose container doctrine, collective knowledge doctrine, how to improve your undercover investigations, use of CI's, and much more!
Excellent coverage of subject matters especially breaking down into easily understandable terminology and concepts. Will for sure be doing more on demand courses in the future.

I just completed a two-day training in Advanced Search and Seizure and Advanced Criminal Investigations in Jackson, WY. This was by far the most entertaining and knowledgeable training I have attended in my short three years of Law Enforcement. Anthony Bandiero is very intelligent and I hope more law enforcement agencies seek him out to expand their knowledge.
