Advanced Search and Seizure: the course and instructor were excellent. I’m a self-proclaimed 4th Amendment nerd and place a high value on protecting peoples’ rights. This class gave me a better understanding of some case law I did not have confidence in. In this profession, you need to know the “why” behind your action or inaction and if you are unsure about where your legal authority begins and ends, I recommend this course. Do not trust the old-timers in your agency that have been around for decades. Know current case law and trust yourself and your education. This course is awesome.
