Very thorough review of federal standard for UoF and applicable case studies. I think a CA-specific version of this class would be better for me since our state law conflicts with some of the training points. Specifically, we are encouraged state wide to slow things down and seek alternatives to force where feasible. Overall good information and I look forward to a CA specific iteration.
