- Demonstrate mastery of core and advanced Fourth Amendment doctrines, including consent, exceptions, seizures, privacy concepts, and modern technology issues.

- Apply constitutional principles to real-world policing scenarios with clear, defensible articulation and the need for “C.R.E.W.” or consent, recognized exceptions, or warrants for every search or seizure.
