Anthony Bandiero brings a rare combination of real-world policing experience and legal scholarship to the classroom. He began his career as a police officer before earning his Juris Doctor degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Gonzaga School of Law. That transition from the street to the courtroom shaped his focus on helping officers clearly understand constitutional law, particularly search and seizure under the Fourth and Fifth Amendments, and how those principles apply in daily law enforcement work.
He currently serves as the CEO and Senior Legal Instructor with Blue to Gold Law Enforcement Training and as a Search and Seizure Consultant for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. He has also worked as a police officer, sergeant with the Nevada Highway Patrol, and executive director of a statewide law enforcement officers association. In addition to his training work, he has spent years as an adjunct professor and conference keynote speaker, reinforcing his ability to break down complex legal concepts into clear, practical guidance officers can use immediately.
What sets Anthony apart is his credibility with officers and his ability to teach law in a way that is accurate, relevant, and engaging. His extensive instructor certifications, leadership training, and decades of experience across patrol, supervision, and legal instruction allow him to connect legal standards directly to real enforcement decisions. Agencies value his practical approach, strong command presence, and commitment to helping officers do the job the right way while reducing legal risk.
