Great course. This was very informative.

I've been in law enforcement for 9 years now, spending the last few as an investigator. What these Blue to Gold courses are teaching me is that LEOs should be getting far more training on the law and how it can work in their favor. It's taken me this long to learn how to properly apply Miranda yet ensure that application does not destroy my investigation. Same goes for search and seizure. LEOs should be just as up to speed on case law as our DAs. This was a great course!

Amazing course. The instructor provides many details over subjects that are routine in everyday law enforcement and should be considered "Basic knowledge." but explains each topic in ways that help officers actually understand the legal reasons why they can/can't do something.

This course really enlightened me and I learned a lot of small tidbits that will help me out on the streets.

As a newer officer, this lesson answered many questions for me. Some of the information given (with case law to support) even corrects what some of my senior officers have told me is illegal (not against policy, but illegal). I would HIGHLY recommend this class to any offclicer - new, through Admin.

This 8-hour class is amazing. It is broken down into different lessons and each lesson was very informative and included case law, video break-downs/discussions and real-life scenarios. This class also has assessments after the lessons to keep the learner engaged in the class. This class is very informative and all encompassing on topics like, single purpose container doctrine, collective knowledge doctrine, how to improve your undercover investigations, use of CI's, and much more!

Excellent coverage of subject matters especially breaking down into easily understandable terminology and concepts. Will for sure be doing more on demand courses in the future.

I just completed a two-day training in Advanced Search and Seizure and Advanced Criminal Investigations in Jackson, WY. This was by far the most entertaining and knowledgeable training I have attended in my short three years of Law Enforcement. Anthony Bandiero is very intelligent and I hope more law enforcement agencies seek him out to expand their knowledge.

When I was forced to complete this training I was a little annoyed I had to watch 4 hours worth of video. As the training went on I actually learned a lot. It was great information, provided great tips and tricks, the instructor was chill and appeared to be himself and wasn't being too professional for the camera. It was a great training.

This course was actually very good. I went into it with low expectations because web-based training can be rough, however, the instructor was engaging, articulate, funny, and on point. The videos were great. The subject's relevance to current events was definitely helpful. I would recommend this course to anyone in need of some good de-escalation training.

All 4 classes I took were amazing. They were packed with all kinds of useful modern-day information, and the instructor did it in a way that kept the class engaged. Would recommend it to everyone in law enforcement.

Another great set of classes. We are mandated to take de-escalation and duty to intervene classes here, but BtG made a very dry subject into one that was not only palatable but enjoyable! John Wiehn was an excellent instructor and an expert on the subject matter. Plenty of good videos and cop anecdotes kept things engaging as well. 10/10 would go to any BtG training if they are as good as these two classes.

I was a part of the de-escalation training module. It was absolutely outstanding, the instructor was highly knowledgeable and easy to follow along with. I would highly recommend this course to anyone.

Real World De-escalation: Incredibly relevant and applicable. It’s great to hear this sort of training from those who have backgrounds as LE and attorneys.

I’m still quite new to law enforcement so sitting in the de-escalation class was very informative. It explains some ways that I can better explain things to try and de-escalate a situation. However, it also explains that not all situations are able to be de-escalated. Which made me feel more confident in judging if a situation will be able to be de-escalated or not.

De-escalation This class was incredible. I really appreciated the videos that incorporated real-life situations in which the techniques were applied. Our instructor did an awesome job conveying the material.

Great class, you could tell the instructor loves what he does. A lot of great examples of do’s and don’t do.

Just attended the de-escalation class and it was a great and informative class. The class had a lot of discussion and made you think about how you do your job and can increase your overall success in situations. Would highly recommend it!

Good class about de-escalation

This de-escalation class greatly helped in reviewing and informing officers of great de-escalation tactics to employ and the situations in which they should be employed. The instructor did a great job at presenting the material and showed videos that provided conversations and how they relate to the de-escalation principles.

De-escalation class. The class was very in-depth in providing step-by-step processes to effectively de-escalate and non-escalate some situations that it is appropriate to utilize. The instructor having both LE and legal experience provided two different points of view on situations that are pivotal in how situations can proceed.

It’s really good training and very informative. More than most training, real-life scenarios and footage were used.

This course was very easy to follow and created an informative & educational building block which every law enforcement agency should build upon. As dynamic as public safety is, the importance of building trust and partnerships with the community are invaluable. The only way for LEO to conduct themselves is from a professional standard.

Moral class that all police officer should take

I have a whole new understanding of the Duty to Intervene. Which is to say I had no prior understanding of the Duty to Intervene. This course should be mandatory.

I am a supervisory special agent with the FDA Office of Criminal Investigations assigned to Headquarters. Our office recently acquired your training portals regarding Duty to Intervene and Real World De-escalation. I have been a federal law enforcement officer for 33 years- and I want to express my appreciation for a very well-put-together program. Things have changed over the time I have served in law enforcement and I think your program effectively confronts the issues that we as law enforcement professionals must cope with. I am assigned to headquarters, but some of the things you address (especially in the Real World De-escalation portal) are measures that I can consider practicing with the management of my own staff in the office setting.
