Constructive Possession The class had good information in explaining the difference between Constructive Possession & Actual Possession. And he gave good case law to refer to.
The amount of “ums” and “uhs” are distracting. More case studies would be better.

Our Search & Seizure for Patrol training is designed to equip officers with the knowledge and skills they need to independently analyze and solve Fourth Amendment problems, leading to a reduction in lawsuits and the ability to establish good case law. By the end of this course, students will have a solid understanding of when the Fourth Amendment applies, the requirement of consent, recognized exceptions, and the necessity of a warrant for every search or seizure.
In our fast-paced instruction, we use real-world case law to delve into the legal aspects of searches and seizures in federal and state-specific jurisdictions, with a specific focus on traffic stops. Our goal is to provide officers with a deeper understanding of important case law related to traffic stops, emphasizing the significance of consent, exceptions, and warrants in any search or seizure.
